1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Filest.one service ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of the Service

Filest.one is a service for uploading, storing, and distributing files. We provide:

• File uploads
• Generation of short download links
• Storage of files on our servers until deletion by the user or moderation action
• Download and installation statistics
• A referral program and rewards system (where applicable)

Additional software may be used for certain file distribution scenarios. It may be installed only with the user's consent.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Lawful file sharing
• Data backup
• Distribution of your own content
• Transferring files between devices

3.2 User Responsibility

By uploading files, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the rights to the uploaded content
• The files do not contain malicious software
• The content does not violate applicable law
• You bear full responsibility for the files you upload

You must not post content that:

• Violates the rights of third parties (copyright, related rights, trademarks, etc.)
• Contains malicious code, exploits, phishing materials, or fraudulent materials
• Falls within prohibited, unlawful, or dangerous content
• Violates public morality standards or platform rules

4. Service Limitations

• File size: up to 100 MB per file
• File types: may be restricted for security reasons
• Retention period: files are stored until deleted by the user or the administration
• Access to the Service: provided through authentication (email/social sign-in, where available)

These limitations may change. Current parameters are displayed in the Service interface.

5. Rewards and Payouts

The Service may operate a rewards system for downloads/installations and a referral program. Accruals are made subject to compliance with Service rules and anti-fraud checks. We reserve the right to suspend, recalculate, or cancel accruals if violations are detected.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to the content you upload
• We do not claim ownership of your files
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, and distribute files through the Service to the extent necessary for its operation
• The Filest.one Service is protected by copyright

7. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1 "As Is" Provision

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation of the Service
• The absence of errors or bugs
• Permanent availability of files
• Protection against data loss

6.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• The contents of files uploaded by users
• Any damage arising from use of the Service
• Loss of data or files
• Actions of third parties

8. Moderation and Content Removal

We reserve the right to:

• Remove files without prior notice
• Block access to content
• Restrict account features or access to the Service
• Discontinue the Service
• Provide information to law enforcement authorities

9. Termination of Use

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• We may terminate provision of the Service without notice
• Uploaded files may be deleted if the Service is discontinued

10. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international law. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or in accordance with applicable law.
